The bedrooms were clean and so was the breakfast room and the lobby. The front desk man was pleasant and helpful. When our TV remote didn't work they sent somebody up right away.
Negatives:
Because the facility wasn't gated you had homeless people inside. You had people smoking both cigarettes and marijuana. You had prostitutes. And I paid for a breakfast and all there was was bread items because they don't do eggs and sausage on the weekdays. So was a little disappointed..

Front staff needs to be more welcoming. We checked in pretty late. Key to the room didn't work, so we had to go back to lobby for someone to come and open for us. TV wasn't working, let the staff know via phone and was told it will be 20min before someone will come to look. No one came. There was only 2 sets of towels although I booked for 3 people. We let these concerns during checkout, and was told that we need to contact the manager.

Dirty carpets, graffiti in my room, rust on curtain rods, damaged room door hard to close, showers warm to cold, smell of urine outside the room, homeless people in parking lot, smell of weed mixing with smell of urine due to the room next door smoking pot in their room. Tv didn’t work for half my stay (4 days), bed uncomfortable, only two pillows,…worst experience I’ve had in a hotel by far.

We did not like the people who where loud ,dog barking constantly when we arrived the staff looked like a homeless man,couldn't speak English well .No help with luggage as I had a handicap friend with me
