Positives: I liked the laundry set up. They made it very easy to do my laundry and I felt comfortable enough to leave the laundry room while my clothes were washing cuz I knew no one was gonna steal them.

Negatives: I didn't like how long the person took at the front desk to figure out my booking and I really don't like that they are holding a 100$ on my account for 1-4 business days!
