Negatives: I arrived at 7:00 pm and my room was not ready...??? After waiting for a while they assigned me another room, totally different from the one I reserved, and the receptionists were not very friendly.

Negatives: Checking in was slow even though two employees were at the counter. It seems like their check in software needs to be updated, or something, to make it faster. One employee asked for email, the other one didn't asked; they're inconsistent.

Positives: Absolutely nothing this hotel is a huge rip off wont issue a refund to someone because the hotel wont accept U.S. currency and only accepts. Certain credit cards and no one knows till you arrive but you can pay online with any card

Negatives: The fact that they dont have it posted anywhere but st the front desk that they only accept certain credit cards and wont accept cash deposit but you can pay online with any type of card but when you go check in they wont let you and no refund

Negatives: Both magnetic cards stopped working. Our Door somehow locked from inside & Staff blamed us. That has never happened to us before and no idea how it happened. No apology from staff. TV didn't work, no hot water or water pressure, yuck in chair.

Positives: Staff was super friendly, location was great, several restaurants close by. The room was recently remodeled. Pool and jacuzzi were super convenient especially after soccer games. Breakfast at the property was super convenient too.! In and out and chick-fil -a within walking distance.

Negatives: The rooms were cleaned, but the room floors need to be paid attention to. I had to use one of the pool towels to clean the floor and the towel was super dirty, other than that everything was great!
