The staff seemed more concerned about their parking situation than they did about my safety and comfort. The breakfast was mediocre. There are no useful amenities in the area. The location is noisy and felt unsafe. Ingress to the property is terrible.

Breakfast was inaccessible, too many people no place to sit. Didn't eat either morning. Very loud people arguing late into the night and again early morning. Could hear person in room behind us vomiting most of the night. Was inconvenient being on 2nd floor for my handicapped husband and being senior citizens. Was told only lower room was a double bed when we reserved a king non smoking no additional discount was offered for the inconvenience.

They said I wasn't allowed there any more because the manager says my towels were to dirty.i was there 7 days and paid in full. Even for my dog 90 dollars. I got no discount even tho I used bookings.com. I had been staying because of my lung disease my sister came by to help me and they said I wasn't allowed to have company. The gripped about me having my dog they said he was to big. And they said I had to walk him out side along the busy street..never once changed my sheets I had to ask for towels. Never cleaned my room did ask one by then I was ready to go. The manager is just plain rediculous
