There wasnt a remote control, I had to call for one. I couldnt change the thermostat, it was so cold and I had to turn the whole system off. Poor outlet in the bathroom. Could really hear loud neighboring rooms.

Our reservation specified lower floor; we were on the 18th. Furniture and decor old and outdated. Bed linens were stiff and noisy (when you turned over in bed). Staff not particularly welcoming.
