Positives:
It was the only hotel in the general area that was acceptable in terms of safety and cleanliness. Others were really bad. Staff were very nice and room was clean. Adequate parking. Pretty good but definitely not high end, lol.

Positives:
Checking in was quick and simple. Staff were pleasant to communicate with. Laundry and fitness center was a plus. Location was quiet and clean with easy access to the freeway.

Positives:
The breakfast was good. Facilities were clean and up to date. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. I had no noise in my room although the street was just outside. It was nice to have a suite.
Negatives:
The eggs for breakfast were rubbery, but I enjoyed the rest of the items including the Belgian waffle.
A good part of the room didn't have enough lighting when it got dark.

Showers water took long to heat up, there is some deferred maintenance in bathroom around the floor cord around and in the bathroom door - one of the caps to the towel hook was missing. For the amount that we paid-the stay could have been better.

Positives:
The staff was very nice and the room was ok. The breakfast provided was nice in the morning. I liked the option of being able to cook a meal in my room if needed or preferred. Again, the staff was great.
Negatives:
You could literally hear EVERYTHING that was going on outside of your room. Which was not great for us because someone was watching their tv very loud while we were trying to sleep and then at about 3am we were woken up by people fighting outside their room which in turn, sounded like it was right outside our room.

Convenient the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The blueberry muffins were the best.
Negatives:
I was there for a week and my trash never got emptied. My linens are never changed. It would’ve been nice if they had changed them at least every 2 to 3 days. The price is for the concession snacks and sodas is ridiculous i.e. four dollars for a bottle Coke. You can get two for that price at the grocery store.
