I loved how welcoming and accommodating everyone was! They have a full kitchen and free laundry as well! The manager Mirella was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The maintenance was very quick and housekeeping was also quick. The free breakfast was delicious!!

The beds could be more comfortable but I know they will be doing renovations soon.

The kids loved the free breakfast — that was a big plus for us! Not having to get up and go buy food every morning was super convenient. The location was also decent and close to everything we needed.
Negatives:
When we first got there, I noticed old blood stains on the sheets, which was pretty gross. The pull-out bed in the living room was missing springs, so it was really uncomfortable to sleep on, but the kids made it work. Housekeeping never came the whole three days we were there ,we ended up taking our own trash out because it piled up. They had washing machines, but one was broken, and when my kids went to get fresh towels, the front desk told them we had to wait for housekeeping. No one ever showed up.
The staff themselves were nice and welcoming, and I’ve stayed here before years ago with no issues, but this time was different. Between the uncomfortable bed and the lack of housekeeping, I don’t think I’d stay here again. They did offer free parking for the inconvenience, though, which I appreciated.
