Upon arrival and check in to the hotel we were given our room keys. We enter our room and I go to use the restroom due to a IBS flare and the toilet doesn’t flush. We call the front desk notify the staff and inform them them they apologize but say there is nothing they can do they are full. The receptionist ask me to hold on then
say”s they will call maintenance back to work it will be about 20min . I explained to them this is unacceptable and should never have happened.

Minor thing: when we arrived, we had to chase the bed clothes, pillows, etc for the sofa bed and had to do the bed because it was not done (although the room was for 3 people, it was not set up as such)
the only real downside is a safety deposit that, after the stay, we have to chase whether or not was given back to you .
