Yes, no visitors allowed for any reason. And you could hear dogs barking inside the building/room.

That they were able to put our rooms close together.

Scott, the front desk man, was sooooo rude. There was one gentleman in front of us. After about 10 minutes, it looked like he was done, but I was not sure as he hadnt left the counter, but was standing to the side. Scott just stood there gazing. I politely asked if he was ready for me and he said, well there's no one there, it looks empty, what does it look like? I'm so glad that my husband didn't come in yet because he would've told him off. After a 23-hour drive how upsetting. The breakfast was not good and the swimming pool smelled like it only had chlorine and my kid just kept coughing so we had to leave. Anyway, Scott should not serve guests. He told another guest that he was weird. Too much.

Location was amazing right next to freeway and other eateries like ihop and Starbucks. Felt very safe to walk at night as it was all walking distance. No weird smells and very clean. The staff was sooo nice.
Negatives:
I saw a small hair on the sink right when we walked in and I tried not to overthink. Also missing a screw on the light switch. Small stuff but can’t give it a 10/10.
