Totally miffed at check in when room was listed as pet friendly, indicated total price, only to be stung at the counter for an additional $30. Beware... they bury the pet charges to make the room cost more attractive. Slimy tactics... I hate ambiguous businesses.

Guy at front desk gave me a hard time over my first name. Obviously he had no idea what he was doing. No volume on TV. They moved me to the room next door. Wouldve been easier for the maintenance guy to swap the TV.
