Positives: Nothing special.
Negatives: Totally miffed at check in when room was listed as pet friendly, indicated total price, only to be stung at the counter for an additional $30. Beware... they bury the pet charges to make the room cost more attractive. Slimy tactics... I hate ambiguous businesses.

Negatives: Guy at front desk gave me a hard time over my first name. Obviously he had no idea what he was doing. No volume on TV. They moved me to the room next door. Would’ve been easier for the maintenance guy to swap the TV.

Positives: I liked that the place smelled real clean. I believe bleach was used. Good job with house keeping. Everything was clean
Negatives: Front desk agent rude in the beginning. he charged me $15 extra for showing up 45 minutes early after I had requested an early arrival on the booking app. Booking app texted me a day late after I had requested 3 days earlier. It's been 4 days and I have not received my $50 deposit, with other hotels I get my money within 48hrs. I'm not happy. I also forgot to mention that there was no water for 2hrs. I had to go out to lunch dirty smelling like sex, I couldn't even wash my hands, supposedly a pipe broke. I wish I was able to get half of my money back for the bad experience.
