Location was excellent, easy to go both east and west to where we needed to be. We were lucky to get a room facing away from the expressway so it was nice and quiet. Appreciated that the hotel was very clean and pet friendly.
Negatives:
There was a microwave sitting on the tiny counter top (replacement for the built-in that was not working), so cooking was challenging due to lack of counter space.

Your personnel could have dealt with me better. I was there with family for my baby bother medical school graduation. Whereas I would not be with family at your property 100% of the time, the way some of your personnel decided to deal with me with plain rudeness, heavy handedness was unnecessarily or unreasonableness ( RE: need for my presence and ID demands, the phone call to demand confirmation # and pin for a reservation I should be refunded for as was nun and void). Even the shear threats to be burned from future reservations was distasteful.
