Positives:
We stayed on the ground floor, far from the entrance and it was very quiet. The place is perfect for a family and the kids and us slept so well. It was quiet and we had everything and the ceilings were high. The room was nearly luxurious. The breakfast was quite fine. We will definitely be back there if we need to be in this area !
Negatives:
Nothing about the hotel was a problem for us. We found the guests a little vulgar, but looking very Silicone Valley. The area is not beautiful but it is in the middle of everything. So in fact nothing negative !

The warm feeling of the hotel and that the work out room wasn’t put at the end of a hallway, passing rooms to get to it. As a female, that is not a safe placement for a workout spot , it is located by the front and dining area, which is highly traveled and made me feel safe.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the location. It was quiet and convenient to access.
Negatives:
Manager requested that their maintenance worker deal with kids at the pool. Very unprofessional. Instead of asking the parents to intervene. I gave a 1 because the woman who worked late Saturday evening was very kind.

Breakfast was good, however for some reason the cutlery was paperboard and single use. That’s not convenient, leaving alone not eco-friendly
