Courteous staff. Tried to be accommodating.
Filthy rooms. Roaches in both rooms 219 and 221. Stains on 3 of 4 bath towels provided. We moved to 3rd room,109 left over pet food in the closet and carpets in all three rooms left black on your feet.

Sticky furniture, sticky tv control, semi-broken wall plugs (could hardly hold steady our electric cords), parking so tight that a fellow guest even had to help guiding us but still couldn't fit in because of the narrow space between the two rows of cars
Location is great.
Don't expect too much though rooms are basic and no breakfast... still blaming Covid
Room was clean and comfortable.
Parking was tight if you have a larger vehicle. Area was a bit sketchy.

The room smelled moldy. There was debris on the carpet so it looked like it wasn't vacuumed. It was noisy.
We enjoyed hotel being very close to Mission Bay.
The fact that 2pm is listed as the check in time & we had to wait around until after 3pm.
Very clean rooms, Front office staff friendly, informative, helpful and followed COVID-19 safety guidelines. Convenient to freeway. Free WIFI, parking and computer/printer access.
Pool is in the middle of the parking lot. Most of the housekeeping staff were not wearing masks. Defeats the purpose of sanitizing surfaces if they are then breathed upon by unmasked staff members.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The floor felt so gross. It was sticky. The room smelled of mold from the AC swamper.

It took three trys to get a room that didn't have things broken in it. When we went to bed we found a long dark hair between the top and bottom sheets.Then when my husband went to shower there was a blood stain on the wash cloth.
The floor was wet which had a coffee sleep in our room, the elevator did not work so lugging our stuff was thought and breakfast was not being served but understanding that during covid times
