Checked in at 10:30pm and room wasn’t ready. Was told it would be ready in an hour, came back and still wasn’t ready. They had to send us away to their sister hotel the Hilton Garden inn and that was nice.

Pay for parking, I didn't understand that. I have never paid to park at a hotel. The house cleaning staff left their carts in the middle of the hall instead of off to the side. We had to walk around them with our luggage in hand to get around them.
