The hotel room looks very old and wore out. The worst part of my stay was that they ran out of hot water midway showering. They said that the hot water would be resumed somewhere after 30minutes, but then it was not really resumed after 1.5hrs...

Positives:
No breakfast or any complimentary services, but the location to Little Italy & the farmers market was walkable and super easy to get to great coffee. The parking garage is for compact only cars and is a little dicey.
Negatives:
Little things add up, security of the hotel was suspect, the elevators would bounce when the door would open, what appeared to be complimentary coffee was not, no room service, restaurant was open only for breakfast and dinner and bar open 5-10.

The location is awesome, the rooms are great, we had a high floor with beautiful city views and harbor view and that cookie cant be beat.

The super narrow entry to the parking garage, its also dark in there and low and tight
