The elevator is being repaired. It’s been going on for a long time and will continue for a long time. I should have had a notification before booking that this was an issue. I had to wait a long time multiple times to use it. I can’t use stairs so that’s not an option and I was on the top floor. Very, very frustrating. The working elevator is so loud and just rumbles! Kept me up at night. No cleaning service came to bring fresh linens or clean up.

I liked the room we’ve booked and the helpfulness of the staff. I also like the ability to open my door via digital key. That was a real neat feature and was convenient. Definitely took the worry from losing my physical keycard.
