Positives:
Staff friendliness and attention to details around the property were excellent.
Negatives:
It's location is a little odd to me. This is located in a business district, basically in a corporate office park. I realize things are expensive in Cali but charging $22 a night for outdoor, uncovered parking and no valet seemed off.

Its location and the majority of the staff very helpful and friendly. Upon checking in, the front desk staff member was very helpful in assisting me with transportation information.
Negatives:
Absolutely, the room had an unusual (bad) odor, the floors, carpet wasn't that clean, didn't expect the furniture to be ripped given the star level, asked for housekeeping; however, no one ever showed up.

The staff is very friendly. The restaurant food choices were very good.
Negatives:
There seem to be a problem with the elevators. It took several minutes for either of the two elevators to seem to be working properly. I waited several minutes each time during my stay for the elevators to open up.

The air condition unit emitted a loud whine every 15 mins all day long. The hotel sent technicians to look into it who said they fixed it but it happened again shortly after they left the room. We asked for a room change but they did not allow it.

The pool and hot tub was great, the cookies are the best part of this place.
Negatives:
The elevators need to be replaced, worst wait time ever, they were funky itself. Wait a good 5-7 minutes for the elevator, which made us take stairs over elevator, thank god we were 2nd floor.
