No nearby drugstore or much of anything to walk to for eating. Staff did not know of any place and I found on Internet. They charge for Internet. My room was only cleaned once, even asking everyday. I had to change rooms because not cleaned in 4 days

I happened to be there with a group of East Indian Dancers performing from Berkley and had to call several times throughout the night because of the partying. Literally slept 2 hours apologies dont cut it when on a business trip.

The lounge area, especially the fire pit was perfect for relaxing.

The hotel is an older property. The parking structure is very narrow.

Its was near to the location were I was going. Your staff was amazing and friendly. The room was tightly clean and the bed so comfortable I slept like a baby. Ill be back soon. Thank you

This was nowhere near what most people think of when they hear 4-star. This is a 2-star pretending to be a 4-star. The furniture is outdated. The rooms show signs of years worth of wear, and it smells like marijuana everywhere in the hotel.

No toilet paper, no towels (there was one), empty shampoo dispenser in bathroom Clerk told us she would inform the manager who would reach out to us....she did not. Parking was expensive and ramps in parking garage were dangerously narrow.

There was no microwave in the room! Had to go downstairs every time I needed to warm up something.

The sink was backed up asked 3 times and they never fixed it. The bathroom door did not work, was stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes before i got it to open. It took maintenance 30 minutes to get there. Bunk beds are unsafe, outlets broken

The team of the hotel is outstanding, we felt welcomed, Sofia on the reception was highly professional and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, except the noise from the street and smell of cannabis when when had opened the balcony door.

Not impressed! Pool and hot tub dirty and old facilities. This place needs remodeling and updating. Our room carpet was gross and the trim of room was rotting and room didnt feel clean. This is a 2 star hotel at best NOT 3 or 4 like the various sites say
