The location, and the staff were very friendly.

Bathrooms need privacy as in not a glass door. They should be more clear about the parking situation, I paid $80 for garage parking but the garage is no different than street parking.

The hotel exceeded our expectations having come from a crazily expensive hotel in Las Vegas that couldnt even do the basics. This hotel is the top hotel we have stayed in out of the five we have used in our California trip. Absolutely perfect in every way

The location is really convenient if you plan to visit near by places. We used the trolley to go to places. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Negatives:
The parking is expensive $34 per day and the room was really in very bad condition, with mold on the walls under the curtains, old and in bad shape furniture, stained lamp, no fridge. It is not worth to pay the price for these facilities. Won't recommend staying there.
