The property was nice and clean, but we didn’t have a fridge and microwave which was wild considering I paid an exorbitant amount for a mediocre stay.
Negatives:
The amount of noise, partying, yelling, fighting, and slamming of doors from the surrounding guests made this the absolute WORST possible stay of my life. I specifically chose this hotel because it was described as being family friendly but it was far from it. I got ZERO sleep in my nights there because of the partying going on around us. Definitely WORST experience of all my hotel stays.

Rug has holes , wallpaper is peeling, very dated, tub was not clean, leaked, fridge in first room didn’t work, then we were required to move due to a leak, no fridge or microwave in that room, service was very poor. Told to get my own luggage cart to move rooms when it wasn’t even my own fault to have to move, told to bring my keys from old room back before being given new keys, wouldn’t even tell us where we were moving to , got to room and had to wait over an hour at 11pm for a pillow. Shower gel was empty. And manager only gave a complementary breakfast for all the poor service

Needs improvement in all aspects, other than front desk staff.
Negatives:
Room was filthy, bathtub was inoperable. Ceiling in the shower falling apart. Furniture has extensive damage and unstable. Blood stains on the thermostat and wall. Mold in the shower. Room had a musty odor after running the AC in attempt to air out the room, windows do not open.

My reservation with Booking.com included a parking fee of $36 dollars That I could not get rid of when I made my reservation : but I hope I could get the the hotel to credit me $36 before I took the room since I did not have a car to park
But they said I had made my reservation with Booking and I needed to take it up with them, in the end neither would take responsibility for stealing $36 dollars from me.

2) there were ants in the sink in restroom of our room
3) the toilet paper are not soft, rush at our back
5) 1 bottle of water=4.25$ very expensive, most hotels provides the 1st 2 bottles complimentary and charge for the next.

7) charged extra $75/night for incidents that may happen, never heard that practice
