Positives: Everything was updated and modern and comfortable. Nice colors too and across Balboa park, it was great.

Negatives: The stairs, as a disabled person it was difficult to go up three floors by stairs, there wasn’t an elevator that I could see, so that’s my only complaint.

Positives: Very good price for comic-con, staff member was super helpful and it was an easy walk into downtown

Negatives: The bathroom had a lot of stray hairs when we arrived and we had issues with our door not feeling the safest and then one day the cleaner came and actually left it unlocked by accident (we kept the do not disturb sign on it after that!)

Positives: Absolutely nothing good about this place

Negatives: The whole parking situation is ignorant to say the least. You have to double park with a complete stranger so if you pull in someone else can pull in and you’re blocked. My crew was down for work and working 2shifts , so instead of assigning us parking we would have to go to office wake them up have them call the person blocking us wait for them to get up get ready and come out just to unblock us so we can leave . Horrible design staff was horrible the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing ! Just a big cluster fk

Positives: Very close to the freeway. And I did appreciate the fast check in/out.

Negatives: The room had spiderwebs along the wall near the bed. There was a second door in the room with a deadbolt lock on it. It was uneasy to have a door that we didn’t know if someone could access from the other side. The toilet was very loose, it would wiggle forward during every use. The bed near the AC unit was blocking half of it so the air didn’t circulate at all. The pictures online are absolutely not like the actual rooms. And lastly, there were other guests that started yelling and fighting right outside, it went on for a while, I was too scared to sleep thinking I would need to call the police.
