Overall, the stay was very disappointing.
The room was clearly dirty, with visible dust and a general lack of cleanliness. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
The breakfast buffet is very small and poorly organized. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get an omelet, which is not reasonable in the morning.
Overall, I did not enjoy the stay at all.
I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

Parking spaces are ridiculously small. Parking fee is outrageous. Not enough parking outside of the parking structure. We needed parking outside of the structure due to having a tall vehicle, but parking outside of the structure was hard to get.

Breakfast was par: Eggs, potatoes, sausage were on the cold side. The mode of heating it was inadequate.
The utensils were sparse, but coffee was fine.
The made to order omelets was sub par. The staff was nice, but the veggies, chicken, onions, added were cool. Overall the omelet does not compare to a restaurant or cruise ship. The meal should be at least similar to a cruise boat..

Happy hour? Sub par. Had no red wine? I think that if you survey your clientele, a lot of people drink red wine. You offered Chardonnay only for our 3 day stay.
An option should be offered for guests: Maybe $10-$20 off/day for skipping the breakfast/Happy Hour reception. The breakfast/Happy Hour was a 'cattle call' event. The table were not clean off between clients. Seems that you were very short staffed.
