People in the back parking lot barbecuing , drinking, smoking pot - felt like a homeless encampment. Back door to hotel open upon entry and all night (safety issue). Cock roach and ants in bathroom. Closet space was enclosed by curtains. Window curtain had multiple holes allowing light into the room. Floor filthy. Light coverings dirty.

**Disappointing Stay at Extended Stay America Suites**
Our recent experience at Extended Stay America Suites was unfortunately far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a pervasive odor emanating from the elevator, which was not only unpleasant but also unclean. The elevator appeared neglected and in dire need of cleaning and maintenance.
Upon entering our room, the situation did not improve. We were dismayed to discover a cockroach in the room, and the persistent smell of mold made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the fridge and stove showed signs of rust, further adding to the overall feeling of neglect and poor upkeep.
Regrettably, our expectations for a clean and comfortable stay were not met during this visit. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property, which significantly detracted from our experience. Given these issues, we cannot recommend Extended Stay America Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We left and scheduled another hotel. We were refunded at the hotel but booking.com so far has not refunded our money - it has been years since I had to stay in a hotel like this and now do not have to

Elevator was broken. Bathroom sink was clogged. Lights in room kitchenette burnt out. Phone in room didn’t work. The stairways were dirty, and many guests were leaving trash bags, laundry, etc. in hallways and stairwells. It was not being cleaned daily. Either because of short staffing, or because of elevator being broken, and nobody wanted to haul things up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. Unclean, unkempt, unmaintained, understaffed.
