Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The toilet did not work. The room had an unpleasant smell. There were cases of beer bottles outside the stair well. I woken up at 11pm to the group of construction workers standing downstairs fighting. They fought from 11pm at 4am causing the structure of our room to shake. It was very scary and my daughters were crying and afraid. My room phone didn’t work so I could not call front desk. When It finally stopped I went to front desk to check out and they act as they had no clue . There were beer bottles all over the place outside upon checking out .

Positives:
2 burner cook top, microwave and small full fridge/ freezer in room and lots of storage would be great for an extended stay as advertised. The thermostat on the wall worked well and quickly to adjust the temperature. Fyi we didn't test the free wifi or kitchen for functionality.
Negatives:
Pillows are kinda flat (need 2 per person and we were given 3 so ask for another if you're a couple). The shower/tub had nice hot water but a very low flow shower head so rinsing off is a bit annoying. The bathroom and kitchen sink have good water pressure though so it's the showerhead. The curved shower curtain rod is sagging (curtain struggles to stay closed) and is installed inside the footprint of the tub so it doesn't actually give you more room and blows towards you with the fan on. The toilet flush is a little temperamental (double flush occasionally needed and some times running water so flapper isn't working well). Asked for additional towels on check in that never got delivered and I didn't bother to ask a second time. "Grab and go breakfast" is a few muffins, granola bars and oatmeal with basic coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate (so functional morning snack).

The room was full of bugs and ants. It was disgusting. I couldn’t keep anything in the floor or cabinets. The room was very infested and it disgusted me. I killed at least 20 ants and bugs. I am a former hotel night manager and I find this unacceptable. The kitchen was empty. No shaving cream.
Negatives:
So much more. Less bugs. Supplies in the room. A comfortable bed. I’d like a refund. It should be embarrassing to your management how dirty and how many bugs were in the hotel.
