Positives:
Location is good. Building is new and clean. Parking is good.
Negatives:
We used to stay at the Fair Field hotel near Washington University, St. Louis while our son was studying there from 2008 - 2012. Very nice complementary toiletries and very good breakfast. But at the PS San Diego location Fair Field, the breakfast is very continental style, and no complementary toiletries except a bar of regular soap. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It made lots of noise when people toss and turn on the bed. when we asked for blanket for the sofa bed, we only got thin layer of bed cover. Breakfast is kind of disappointing.

We expected the money we paid for the Executive Suit 4 nights will get a better sofa bed.

It was terrible. I had reserved a king bed room 2 months prior to arrival and when we got there, I called the property to see if we could check in early at which point the person told me , there were no king rooms available and that I could have 2 queen bed room for the same price instead. I was pissed. Never again!

The king suite was spacious and clean. The location was great as it was close to everything. The area felt safe and the hotel was very modern.
Negatives:
Nothing really. Mainly just the fact that you have to request room service instead of the service being automated like other hotels.
