Negatives:
Charged for parking. Total rip-off. Include it in the price if you're going to charge. Management sent unsolicited texts asking how is it going. Don't send me texts unless I agree to them in advance. My opinion costs $50 for my time.

The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting family. There is shopping and restaurants nearby as well as Del Mar beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They couldn’t give me a refund when I gave a well in advance notice about my child being sick. It was unexpected and I had to leave immediately. Its not like other guests where we made excuses to get refunds! But I wasn’t expecting this from Hampton! I may think twice before booking here now.
