Negatives:
They ran out of breakfast every morning, only one working elevator, not enough clean towels. The EVcharger was broken. A guests car alarm went off for over 3hrs in the middle of the night and staff could not figure out how to solve it. Room was small and cramped, it was either freezing if you turned air on or muggy if turned off. Horrible stay, never coming back

Loud, very loud HVAC systems! I got 4 hrs sleep due to the HVAC in room above mine (320) constantly shutting off and on that sounded like a diesel truck coming to a stop with engine brakes! The walls shuttered. I was so tired I couldn't see myself getting up and reporting this to anyone to only learn I would have to move... .making my stay even worse. I'll seek another hotel next time in the area. -- Sam

The property was located in a very accessible area, just a mile from Old Town, with lots of food options. The free coffee/tea station was a nice touch.

The bed and pillows weren’t the comfiest but they were okay for a 3 day stay.
