All the employees were very helpful and kind but I must say that Raul at the front desk truly goes above and beyond. This man should be given a promotion for his work ethic and attitude alone. We have traveled a lot and have NEVER come across a more helpful and kind employee. He truly made this stay special. Thank you Raul. You did not go unnoticed
