Negatives:
my room didn't have hair conditioner. hair shampoo and body wash was there, but there was no hair conditioner.
I have stayed at Hampton Inn multiple times including this location previously. but the mattress in this room felt old and sagged down? at my previous stay, the mattress felt much better. Actually one of the reasons why I like Hampton Inn is because the bed usually is more comfortable than other hotels.

The man at the check in was very rude and very slow. I will never go back just because that man at the check in. The hours of the breakfast was very short. we were very tired and about the time that we woke up the breakfast was closed :(
