The continental breakfast was nice and the location is convenient.

We were there for 4 nights and had to ask for room service on the last day. We didn’t have any door hangers requesting privacy hanging so I’m not sure why we didn’t receive it. I tried calling the front desk twice, both times I was on hold longer than 10 minutes. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable and both squeaked anytime anyone moved. You can hear the springs make noise everytime someone rolled over or got in or out of the bed.
