Upon arrival I was told someone had already checked in for me, I had to clarify I had not checked in before till that moment. Maintenance was sent to verify no one was in my room. Key to room didn’t work had to go back to lobby get a working key while my family waited for me outside the room door. I was given the wrong room previously reserved so again had to go back to lobby and showed them my original reservation. I reserved 3 Queen beds and was given 1 full bed. I paid in full when making reservations prior to my arrival, the hotel charged me the full amount the next day. I paid twice for one night. It’s unfortunate to have to fight for your money because of their mistakes. I will never stay at a Hampton hotel ever again! Worst experience ever, this was a trip for my daughter’s Bday. This was a big disappointment.
