Great location, great view of the harbor. Valet staff very professional and kind.

On the day of checking out I felt rush by staff. i understand that they want people to check out in a timely manner however I had an extended check out time. I had told staff the night before that I will be checking out later than the standard check out time. On the day of check out staff members knocked on my door 3-4 times asking what time I’ll be checking out, even though I had already told the first staff member who knocked on my room door that I will check out at 12pm. Within 15-20 min another staff member knocked on my room again asking what time will I be checking out after telling the first staff member the time.

Views from room. Beds nice and comfortable. Gym facilities good.

Breakfast was an overcomplicated affair. We had breakfast included with our room. We still had to attend reception daily to collect a handwritten voucher to be handed to restaurant staff. Restaurant staff then checked this. Once seated a bill was then brought to be signed - even though breakfast was complimentary. Breakfast itself was a poor affair. On two mornings there was no milk. The floor was so sticky two of the days our shoes were still coated when we returned to our rooms.

The location was alright it was downtown and the view of the water was pretty it was by the airport tho and it was close to everything which i really liked.
Negatives:
There wasn’t anything i didn’t particularly like about where i was staying the view of the water was nice even though we were by the airport you couldn’t really hear the planes land which i was thankful for.
