The description of the balcony view. Homeless people camping in the cars was not what me and my wife wanted to get a view of. The bed sheets with stains. The counter staff not very friendly. No clock in the room.

Everything cold eggs/bacon. Didn't know we could order from a menu until we were seated with some food. We saw it was offer to a gentleman it was then we inquired on menu and was told we could have ordered from it.
Negatives:
Went for a graduation. We are ladies in middle seventies Needed to change they would not let us in room to change. Had to change in parking lot not happy. Also order more coffee pods waited and waited no one came.

Breakfast buffet was nice, lots of choices.

The room was not super clean, the pillowcases looked liked they had not been changed out, very wrinkled not fresh. I would say this property really needs updated. The curtains in the dining room were dirty and torn. It just didnt have that clean smell in the hotel.

Wish pillows were memory foam and not down alternative- went completely flat. The curtains surprising let in a lot of light. Would have been much happier with true blackout, hotel curtains
