Room was very comfortable and seemed to be clean. Decor was modern. Able to charge are electric car in the parking garage. Close walk to old town. Close to the zoo and seaworld.

Room didn’t have a bath tub, which was a little challenging with a toddler, but I’m sure it was mentioned somewhere and I must’ve missed it.

My experience at this hotel was overshadowed by an absolutely terrible interaction with the front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, the check-in staff was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unaccommodating.
They made no effort to be welcoming, acted annoyed when I asked basic questions, and seemed more interested in dismissing me than actually helping. When I inquired about an early check-in (which I had called ahead about), I was met with a curt “No,” without any explanation or attempt to see if anything could be arranged. Their tone throughout the interaction was condescending and dismissive.
Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately, this hotel failed miserably in that regard. I felt like a burden rather than a valued guest. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated so poorly, especially when all I wanted was a smooth and respectful check-in process.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic courtesy or professionalism. Management seriously needs to reevaluate their hiring and training practices. A little kindness goes a long way—and sadly, none was shown here.
