Positives: Had to call and ask for shampoo. No cups or glasses in the room. They didn’t clean the room. You have to make reservations to use the pool. I have stayed here before and was treating my Mom this time. 3 times the price and not nearly the quality as before. I still like the hotel but, this trip lacked. When you reserve for just over $200 a night but they add on so many fees and it ends up over $300- seriously? What is a “destination fee?” Just put them in the price to begin with!
