Our go to spot when...
Positives:
The suite had a full kitchen, which was a huge plus when traveling with kids. Breakfast was offered every morning from 6–9am, and there was also a Wednesday evening happy hour—both of which were nice surprises, though they weren’t mentioned to us at check-in. The location was convenient, and one of the front desk staff members (the gentleman with the man bun) was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The walls are very thin, and you can hear outside noise and neighboring rooms clearly. Doors opening and closing at all hours sounded like they were our own door. The floors in the room were dirty and could have used a thorough vacuuming and mopping. One of the TVs (in the living room) did not work; we reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done during our stay. While one staff member was great, the two women at the reception desk were not very friendly and often seemed bothered when approached.

I liked that it was conveniently located to my office. The room was great and clean. The rooms were pretty quiet considering that is is near the freeway. Front desk/reception staff gave great service.

I called to confirm my booking an hour before arriving and the lady I spoke to confirmed it but when I arrived she notified me that she had canceled my booking minutes before because she didn’t hear back from me. I showed her call logs to verify that I had reached out and that at no point did the property try to reach me. So after a bit of back and forth she was able to give me back my room. I found that to be a bit weird because when traveling with my family we love to stay at Homewood suites. And after the issue at the front desk we get to our room to find it still dirty with used toothpicks in the drawers and items from the previous person still In the room.

Our reservation was not on the Homewood registry. Had to call Booking.com to find out what was the problem, took about 30/40 minutes to sort it out and find a solution.
