Experience was good I like it as I stay at the Homewood suites mostly every time I travel
Negatives:
Everything was good however Some elevators were out so we had to walk extra and it was a little overwhelming with 2 babies. When I asked to upgrade or switch rooms closer to the elevators for easy access with my babies I was getting charged about $750 when online upgraded rooms were about $100 more

Positives:
Breakfast was wonderful, such a variety of foods for everyone and it was always hot/fresh. The location could not be beat being 10-20 mins away from all of our destinations! The rooms were plenty big enough for a family of 5.
Negatives:
The mattresses need to be replaced, they are hard and stiff. I wish there was a small end table somewhere in the room, we brought games to play and we didn’t have many options to play on.

Negatives:
Noisy AC, trash can in the elevator lobby was smelly. We had a fire alarm early in the morning and everyone had to exit the building, did not see staff helping out any guests or giving explanations.

Positives:
The breakfasts were generous, tasty, and with lots of options. The "Happy Hours" on Mon, Tues, and Wed evenings were an unexpected treat. There was a plethora of amenities. We made use of the gym, pool, jacuzzi, and of the fire pits and the ping pong table on the patio. The room was clean and comfy. The Christmas trees were beautifully decorated, and the Christmas music play in the lobby gave it a festive ambiance. The fact that the hotel was affordably priced with so many amenities and mostly very friendly staff made this a wonderful two week stay.
Negatives:
Parking in the evening was difficult; the spaces are too small for big SUVs, of which there were many. Their owners persisted in parking over the lines living little room for the rest of us. Perhaps the hotel should create a separate section for compact cars, thus enabling more cars to park there. There was very little kitchen equipment. People choosing a room with a kitchen want to be able to actually cook, which is challenging with so little equipment.The room, while comfy and nicely laid out, could be made even more comfy by the addition of a coffee table in front of the sofa, as there is no place in that area to set a coffee cup or a bowl of chips. These, however, are paltry complaints stacked up against an otherwise delightful, affordable hotel.
