My family and I never got to stay there. After driving for 12 hours to our destination upon arrival, we were told our room had been canceled because our credit card got declined. I told him I received a message from my bank. It was declined for possible fraud they did not care, and refused to release my room back to me. My family and I had to scramble during the busy summer holiday weekend and use a different travel booking site that allowed me to pay upon my arrival so I can notify my bank. There was no fraud to worry about.
Negatives:
The Front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending. Because my card was declined for possible fraud. It seemed as if they treated me like a lesser human being because they thought I was broke. In fact, I travel 30 to 40 weeks a year for business and it just so happened that my bank decided to choose this weekend To monitor my spending.

The location was great.
Negatives:
First of all, parking was hard to find if you didn't get to the hotel early. I had a handicap and parking was horrible, and the fee should not be charged. The 2 rooms I paid for to take all my family, the both bathroom had ants and both rooms had to be sprayed and then we had to wait with the smell for someone else to come clean and it was not done very good. We also didn't have enough towels, and the ladies cleaning the rooms were very rude when we asked for a few more towels.
