Lovely sized room on the marina with a good view. Easy access to car parking and optional valet or regular. Good restaurant on-site. The staff were very friendly.
The bathroom was grimy, in particular the shower. It needed cleaning, regrouting and new silicone. The rest of the bathroom was ok but could do with modernising. The pools were small and absolutely filled with kids so not good for any relaxation.
everything was great - but there was no room service or meals - so nothing to score on that topic.

The view was wonderful. The front desk staff was nice, but didn't acknowledge the problems we had.
Bugs were in the room, and the cleaning staff only came 1 day out of the five to clean our room, even though we asked
The front desk. Terrible customer service. No wheel chairs on hand for guests who need them. They also over charged my card when I left.
No cafe on site and complimentary breakfast included for the price. Stays for wedding and large functions should include parking. I was charged extra for this fee & that was a surprise. For the cost of this place it should of at least included free parking.

The view was beautiful and the pool area was so relaxing. The hotel was very clean and local to many great places to visit. It had a hawaii vibe, which was extremely relaxing.

Shower wouldn’t drain, rooms in need of remodel. Rooms are old and cost too much for that type of room. I was expecting something newer, cleaner and brighter.

The corner room with 2 windows, a sliding door and balcony was wonderful. The view of the ocean, marina and pool were exceptional! Very Relaxing!
The breakfast and two dinners we had at the Red Marlin were Excellent!
