The self serve breakfast, got to make your own waffles in the morning. Staff was very friendly always a plus!!
Negatives:
Room was falling apart, bathroom door didn’t lock, the A/C was missing parts of the vent to direct air. The outlets were loose, so plugs wouldn’t stay in.
The spa was not heated properly and kids were playing in it like it was a kids pool, we had just sat in it when a group of 10, 2 adults and 8 kids jumped in it, so we got out.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The location in Mission Valley close to Interstate 8 worked well for us. We parked in the parking structure, and the elevator right up to our floor was helpful.

everything!!! two days in a row didn’t even bother to come and clean my room. There was no do not disturb sign in my room. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. One night we were there. They completely shut off all the water in the hotel without informing guest! The staff was not helpful! The pictures that it shows that the rooms look like are a total lie! Don’t stay here it’s in a bad neighborhood!
