I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent hotel booking at mission view inn& suites made through your website. Upon arriving at the hotel for my prepaid stay, I was informed by the front desk that my reservation was considered a third-party booking and that I was not allowed to check in due to my late arrival. This condition was not stated anywhere on your site or by the hotel's own information prior to my arrival.
As a loyal customer who has trusted Booking.com for my travel arrangements, I find this situation highly unacceptable and misleading. It has caused me significant inconvenience and distress, as I was left without accommodation late at night.
I am requesting urgent compensation for this oversight and the inconvenience it has caused me. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter satisfactorily.

The towels were soft.
Negatives:
Everything smelled musty at best. Even the sheets smelled strange. The bathtub had a plastic, stick on liner on then bottom to cover the cracks and wear and tear on it.
