Positives:
The location was very good, and the coffee in the restaurant was delicious.
Negatives:
Parking on site was $45. Also, booking on a third party booking website was not worth while in this case. The price on the hotel website was the same and included breakfast, which we didn’t get.

When I checked in, I was asked to initial and acknowledge several rules for the property. I didn't think much of it until I got to my room. All rooms face a courtyard and the sound echoes badly. The hotel seemed to be full of young college kids, who would run up and down the halls, screaming at each other. They were obviously drunk. I pondered on calling the front desk to complain and ask for a new room, but decided to wait to see how long it would last. It was 9pm when I checked in and it all stopped at 11:30pm. I'm not sure if that was because of a curfew or if they had finally passed out. I had to get up the next morning at 4:30am so I wasn't happy about all the noise. Aside from that, that hotel itself was great. However, this MUST be a normal accordance there if they have you initial paperwork when you check in that speaks to noise levels and a quite time.

NOISY, but rooms are nice.
Positives:
I liked that the area was really great and it offered a great value and had amenities I didn't expect at this price point. I sort of felt like a VIP!
Negatives:
The people next to my room seemed a bit unhinged? Had a dog that would bark if it saw or heard me in my room or patio so I ended up not using it. Also the older woman in the room was shouting at either the dog or someone a lot. And lastly the dog would scratch at the door when I'm guessing she was away, which sort of shook the floor in my room, but I was so tired that I thankfully knocked out, but i would imagine the hotel would want to be on top of that, but maybe nobody Else complained for them to notice.
