Good accessible bathroom. The room seating was comfortable and enjoyed the coffee in the room. Very good breakfast selection.
Negatives:
We stayed in an accessible room (handicapped) which gave us a good accessible bathroom, but the bed was too high. My wife needed a step stool ( that I provided-just in case). Re-think adding a "normal" height type bed for handicapped guests.

Great location smack in the middle of Gaslamp Quarter/downtown San Diego, major attractions, all kinds of shops, restaurants, and transportation options all within walking distance.
Staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast with a solid selection included in the price. My room was comfortable and spacious, great kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, awesome bathtub AND a handheld shower for added comfort (I requested and was granted an accessible room).
I had a great stay, and I recommend this property to all future travelers as well. Thank you so much!

The property is old and the facility is very average,the staff at the kitchen were all super nice and friendly yet we had one of the receptionist that was weirdly hard to talk to ,she jumped into conclusions and kept answering different questions.
The hotel has a parking area yet refused to have parking options away from a daily 65 dollars vallet ,which is ridiculous,when we showed dissatisfaction they said this is the option they have due to being run by a third party,the most annoying part was a public paid parking lot round the corner that was way cheaper.
To add the plumbing in the rooms was a nightmare ,the plumber was polite yet we had an incident with the kitchen sink that was resolved on our room yet caused issue in the rooms in the floor under !!!!
Although the location was perfect,I don’t recommend the facility I am afraid.
