Positives: A difficult travel day with delays and cancellations. Were not even supposed to be in San Diego that night. But it was the closest airport to our final destination. We were welcomed and able to get a nice dinner and drinks. A great end to a terrible day.

Negatives: There was black mold in the mini frig. Gross.

Negatives: Several staff persons were rude one at the restaurant area acted as though she did not want to be there and had no desire to be remotely friendly or provide service. Also, no coffee in the hotel until after 6:30 am until available at cost from the restaurant.

Positives: Location and the lobby/restaurant area are welcoming and spacious to just hang. We had issues with extremely loud neighbors all night long and the staff handled the problem as soon as we complained.

Negatives: The beds were old and tired. There was hair on the shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Positives: The bartender in the lobby bar was friendly and informative.

Negatives: I've never been in such a filthy disgusting room in my life! Expensive, over-priced. I have pictures that will blow your mind on how dirty the room was. And there is a charge for EVERYTHING. Room was close to $400, then $35 for parking, a charge for wifi, a charge for a breakfast. Just bad, bad, bad! Never stay here!!! Disgusting!!! You need to see my photos. Unbelievable!
