Positives: Hotel was clean and staffs very attentive
Verified Hotel Guest Solo Traveler September 29, 2021
Positives: Great Location, Friendly Staff, Excellent Decor
Negatives: Wifi was spotty in my room. No other issues. Parking was expensive, so I utilized a nearby garage.

Positives: Location!
Negatives: This was totes not a 4 star. Maybe a decade ago, but not now. Not a good TV, promised bathrobes not in room - and when I called down to request one, they sent the saddest t-shirt fabric robes with holes and no belts. The internet didn't work for hours.

Positives: Location
Negatives: The hidden charges and the room does not stand up to the price you pay for the room.
Jeremy Traveling as Couple September 8, 2021
Positives: The room was clean, and the staff was above average. The valets service level made the $50 parking fee seem acceptable.
Negatives: The location is great, if youÂ're single, or traveling without children. The noise level outside is obvious, and the drunkenness of the guests was pretty obvious as well. ItÂ's a great spot to stay for going to the Padres game or the convention cent
Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple August 14, 2021
Positives: Location to everything downtown.
Negatives: $50 a night parking and all the hidden fees that they charge once you get there. I ended up paying $200 in parking and $400 in charges for towels and extras that werenÂ't provided.
Verified Hotel Guest Senior Traveler August 5, 2021
Positives: Friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: Was charged for a resort fee and mini bar fee. These items were not disclosed upon making the reservation. There was no mini bar in the room.
Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple August 4, 2021
Positives: Very clean and unique hotel. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient location to gaslamp quarter. Valet service was excellent.
Negatives: The surprise $25 amenity fee that doesnÂ't get refunded if you donÂ't use it.
Aaron Group Traveler August 1, 2021
Positives: Great location and friendly staff.
Negatives: Water pressure sucked in shower. Beds were extremely hard.
Julie Traveling as Couple July 29, 2021
Positives: The location is great. Close walking distance to many great restaurants. The décor is eclectic and fun. There are ceiling fans in the hallways. The door to the bathroom is a thick sliding door.
Negatives: Barking dog. Guest services doesn't always answer. Valet is $50 a night and was full. BUT..there are several near-by parking garages that are WAY cheaper than valet. It is close to the stadium so that means a challenge for those who drive to the hotel.
Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple July 22, 2021
Positives: Location
Negatives: We were charged a hotel amenities/w credit fee for each day of our stay, we were aware of this when booked. However during our three night stay we were unable to use the pool for one entire day. Because bars were not open we could not spend our credits.
Aaron Family with Young Children July 9, 2021
Positives: Great location! A quick walk to Petco Park and lots of food options!
Negatives: Beware of the Fees!! They charge $25 a day for there Â'amenitiesÂ' and they also charge $50 day for overnight parking. You canÂ't connect streaming services like Netflix to there TVs and they donÂ't have an in room coffee/tea maker.
Chris Family with Young Children July 7, 2021
Positives: Great location
Negatives: The shower leaked constantly to the point it we had to close the bathroom door
Verified Hotel Guest Solo Traveler June 29, 2021
Positives: Great Location
Negatives: The rooms are falling apart. Its time for a remodel. The staff needs trained in customer service. The bartenders and bouncers are complete morons. Valet is extremely expensive. IHG Hotels has been on a steady decline over the last few years.
Amber Traveling as Couple June 24, 2021
Positives: Great location, can walk most places.
Negatives: Pets. The amount of dogs we saw was disturbing, might as well have been a dog hotel. Our neighbor decided to leave their small dog unattended and barking nonstop for hours on end. After Finally complaining our room was upgraded but the damage was done.
