Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Positives:
The facilities and location of the hotel which is near restaurants and shopping center. The staff at the reception are fantastic and very courteous. The beds are clean and comfortable and above all, the place makes you feel at home.
Negatives:
During busy times, the time for breakfast can be extended to 9 or 9:30. At Christmas breakfast, we felt rushed. The breakfast at Christmas can be explored to make it more festive. But all in all this is comment is not meant to be a negative one, but a suggestion.

We asked for early check in. Not only did we not get that, we weren't allowed check in until 1 hour after normal 4pm check in. Both rooms were disgusting. We had to go buy cleaner and clean the bathrooms, ask the maid to come vacuum. Reserved a crib and the first one was moldy. The 2nd we had to clean and disinfectant. Sheets on beds were stained. If we asked for anything it was an inconvenience to them. Pool was dirty and we were told by staff they only cleaned once a week. Loud hotel, above us and next door and no one seemed to care that we were being woken up at all hours including our small children.
