The separate rooms and the size

The pool was heated or at least felt that way. Very family friendly, they offer activities to borrow at the check in. They provided color pencils/coloring book for our son while we waited to check in. They had hot buffet style breakfast for Mother?s Day!

Yes there was several things thats was an issue for me, 1. Check in was at 4pm , I arrived 4:45 my room was not ready we had to wait 3.5 hours 2. The room wasnt clean to my expectations. Tub was dirty , dirty dishes in the dishwasher

The elevator was not working. The carpet was very sticky and hard to walk with bare food Doors were not closing and handles wete loose. The bathroom exhauster fan was pretty loud. The staff was getting frustrated while check-in. The unit is too old. I had to call them to get the receipt but got receipt for only one room. The breakfast room is too small

The staff was so friendly. All of the front desk people and all of the staff helping with breakfast. A customer came down after breakfast closed up and I overheard the staff member offering to put together a plate for them. Love the location too of hotel

its way outdated. the rooms need an upgrade. it smells like an old folks home in the hall way. tvs only get 10 channels, and no streaming capability. also WiFi is pretty bad need faster speeds.
