Breakfast was ok. However, the second day it ran out of items sooner than expected. The time to refill took a bit longer, but it might been caused by the amount of people present for breakfast.
Negatives:
That I wasn't able to find certain breakfast items on my second day stay. Being charged for parking, something that I never had at other hotels I stayed before.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff.
Negatives:
While I connected to the internet on my phone, I was unable to connect my laptop to the internet. I called the front desk and they mentioned that laptops sometimes has issues connecting. They tried to help me triage but it didn’t work. That was frustrating as there was something I needed to work on that night.
I also thought $30 for overnight parking was excessive given that it is not a downtown tight parking situation.

I accidentally set off the fire alarm because I burnt popcorn and the person who worked the evening shift did come and check on us but could tell by his response he was annoyed. I understand in the background it’s probably a headache for staff to deal with a false alarm but I would have appreciated a little more comfortable reaction towards the situation instead of me feeling embarrassed by the situation.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Parking was easy and the location was great.
Negatives:
The breakfast, while I understand it was free/included in the price of our stay, was disappointing. If you are going to offer Sausage and Eggs and Potatoes, the potatoes should actually be cooked (they were hard, undercooked, and very clearly never even were cooked in a pan to crisp). The sausages were very cheap and mealy and were just boiled. The eggs were fine but also very clearly from a jug instead of fresh eggs. Better off just offering continental breakfast instead of mediocre hot breakfast.

The laundry service was very expensive. When I checked in, I was told parking was free but when I checked my bill, I had been charged USD30 per night for parking.
