Nothing..no windows. No windows opened. The staff lied to me and chartged me and extra night. Gina the "front desk manager" lied to me and made me sign 2 papers.

Didn't like how they lied to me and mislead me and charged me and extra nighht and it's not in their policy to give refunds.

Basic. Was just ok. Room is small and could hear other guests next door as well as above.

Positives:
Clean room, all amenities available (fridge, microwave, shampoos). Room was on the 2nd floor with a view. Parking space available as well as laundry room.
Negatives:
Breakfast room a bit too small; sometimes you need to wait few minutes for a table. Breakfast bad (assortment and quality of food). You must prepare coins for washing machine in advance because they can't help you at the reception. A/C in room should be properly cleaned (it smells)
